Comprehensive Support with Activity Plan Creation
We propose to be the support in daily care, both for the home and the elderly. In collaboration with the responsible person for the elderly individual, a Daily Activity Plan is designed that includes all necessary tasks for daily management:
- Cleaning
- Preparing shopping lists and going to the supermarket
- Pharmacy shopping
- Cozinhar comidas simples (sopa, sCooking simple meals (soup, salads, rice, pasta)aladas, arroz, massa)
- Organizing clothes: selecting what needs to be washed, washing, hanging to dry, ironing, and putting the items in their usual places
- Assisting the elderly during bathing and mealtimes
- Supporting outings and returns home: before leaving the house, selecting clothing according to the weather, helping to dress and put on shoes. Choosing items to be carried (e.g., tissues, medications, water, food, sun or rain hats, jackets...). When returning home, assisting with changing clothes (putting on home clothes or pajamas for comfort)
- Regularly checking the mailbox
- Scheduling medical appointments and tests
- Sorting medications to be taken by days and times
- Other activities they wish to engage in: walks, visits, trips to the hairdresser, among others
- Walking the pet and scheduling necessary interventions for the pet: vaccinations, veterinary visits, grooming, etc
- Companionship in reading preferred magazines or newspapers, chatting, or watching television
- Managing information about medical acts: archiving all paper information related to health
